Embedding in the organization
In the fifth step, the measures are made operational. They are further elaborated, provided with a budget, made measurable and also assigned to a specific action holder. The interim progress can easily be tracked in the SDG Planner and various reports can be made to visualize and discuss the progress.
Monitoring, Reporting and Adjusting
After assigning the measures to action holders, monitoring, reporting and, where necessary, adjusting the implementation of measures starts. Where necessary, progress may be discussed with the action holders concerned in order to exchange experiences and adjust opportunities and measures where warranted.
