Approach (step 4)

To set priorities

As cultural organizations are not always well organized in terms of time or are short of resources, it is essential that everything runs as efficiently as possible within the organization. Naturally, the same applies to the work on sustainability. This should not further burden an already overloaded work program or result in a paper tiger. If only a limited amount of time or money is available, what is the best way to spend it? That is the most important question that must be answered.

By choosing smart criteria and useful data links, the SDG Planner calculates which measures have the greatest impact requiring the least effort. Just as there are opportunities with multiple measures, just so the measures are linked to several opportunities. The trick is to prioritize those measures that have the greatest impact. It sounds simple, and it is, but only because the ToornendPartners SDG Planner makes it transparent.
